Rada Programowa została utworzona pod koniec roku 2010. W jej skład weszli międzynarodowi eksperci w dziedzinie statystyki, którzy przewodniczyli poszczególnym sesjom konferencji. Koordynowali oni szczegółowy program konferencji oraz byli odpowiedzialni za dobór referatów..
