Each national industry entity is obliged to submit a relevant motion to the National Business Register REGON: to get the identification number, to make changes in already existing description of entity features or to remove its number from the register, according to the current legal situation.
The above motion should be submitted to the statistical office or to its branches in the voivodship, where the entity has its seat.
To register a new entity or to change the already existing features one should fill in the form RG-1; to remove the entity for the register, the form RG-2 should be filled in. Entities are obliged to submit their motions within fourteen days from the moment of ensured circumstance which justifies submitting the motion (article 42, paragraph 4, Act of Laws of 29 June 1995 on public statistics; Journal of Laws No 88, item 439 with later amendments).
