Average domestic procurement price of wheat

The average domestic procurement price of wheat is calculated on the basis of data on the quantity and value of wheat included in the monthly “Report on the procurement of major agricultural products” (R-10), compiled by legal persons and organizational units without legal personality carrying out procurement of agricultural products directly from agricultural producers.

Average half-yearly procurement price of wheat (PN) is calculated on the basis of monthly information as the ratio of value and quantity of wheat purchased in the half-year concerned as follows:

PN = sum of Wn / sum of qn

Where:

PN – average price of wheat in the half-year under survey,

Wn - value of wheat purchased in month n,

qn - quantity of wheat purchased in month n.

This price is the basis for determination of rent charge for rented agricultural fixed properties from the State Treasury.
