Accession of Poland to European Community means imposing a new reporting obligation on enterprises trading with EU Member States This obligation consists in submitting to customs administration, in required form and manner, information on trade in commodities with EU Member States.

The INSTASTAT system has been enforced in Poland on May 1st, 2004.

Regulations in 2012 year obligatory

1. In year 2012 following values of thresholds have been established:

  • basic threshold:
     
    for arrivals 1.100.000 PLN
    for dispatches 1.100.000 PLN
     
  • detailed threshold:

    for arrivals 36.000.000 PLN
    for dispatches 72.000.000 PLN

5. From 1 February 2011, the customs authority competent in matters of INTRASTAT declarations is the Director of the Customs Chamber in Szczecin. INTRASTAT declaration must be sent to:
