Announcement of 5 January 2012
for users of INTRASTAT system for such change the amount of statistical thresholds applicable in 2012
In the "Instruction for Completion and Sending of INTRASTAT Declarations" is amended as follows, effective on 1 January 2012:
1. In Part I – List of act
a) in section 1.1. point 5 is replaced by:
5) “Commission Regulation (EU) No 1006/2011 of 27 September 2011 amending Annex I to the Regulation of the Council (EEC) No 2658/87 on tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff (Official Journal of the European Union No L 282/1 of 28.10.2011)”;
b) in section 1.2. point 3 is replaced by:
3) “Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 11 July 2011 on the program of statistical surveys of official statistics for 2012 (Journal of Laws No 173, position 1030) as amended by the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 27 December 2011 amending the regulation on the program of statistical surveys of official statistics for 2012 (Journal of Laws No 297, position 1759)”;
2. In Part II – Basic Principles, in section 3.1 - Definitions, the table set out in point 11 “statistical thresholds” is replaced by the following table:
