DECLARING DATA IN INTRASTAT SYSTEM IN BEHALF OF PSI BY DECLARING THIRD PARTY

PSI may fulfil reporting obligation personally or it may entrust it to declaring third party.

Declaring third party may be one of the following: employee of the person obliged or its proxy, customs agent, attorney, legal advisor and tax advisor. However, the responsibility for completeness and correctness of submitted INTRASTAT declarations always stays with PSI.
