The President of the Central Statistical Office is the central body of public administration in the field of statistics, performing his duties with assistance from official statistics services.
Official statistics services are: President of the Central Statistical Office, directors of sixteen statistical offices subordinated to him and service units of official statistics established upon article 27 of the Law of June 29th, 1995 on official statistics.
The Central Statistical Office (CSO) is an office of government administration that serves the President of Central Statistical Office and operates under his direct management.
President manages the Office with assistance from Vice-Presidents, Civil Service Director, General Advisers and directors of CSO organisational units.
